At sinha.bd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Undergarments and swimwear.
- Cosmetics, skincare, and perfumes (if the seal is broken).
- Perishable goods or custom-made items.
- Items bought during a “Clearance Sale.”
3. How to Initiate a Return
